How to Add Synonyms to a Slot Machine

A return to player is not the only statistic to look at when assessing a slot machine. Probabilities of payouts are just as important. For example, let’s say you are playing a demo slot pragmatic machine with a dozen pay tables. If the odds of all of those payouts are zero, that means you will win nothing most of the time. However, the chances of your winning the biggest payout are high. If your return to player were zero, you would only win when you inserted the maximum amount, making the game rather dull and uninteresting.

The random number generator is a computer program that cycles through thousands of numbers every second until it stops at a certain position. These numbers correspond to the symbols on the reels. Slot machines used to be very simple mathematical systems. A typical game might contain three reels with 10 symbols. In this case, the odds of getting any of the symbols would be one in ten. With today’s random number generator, the odds of winning any given symbol are much higher, even if you only hit a couple of them.

Adding synonyms is simple: all you need to do is type the word “SLOT” into the search bar. This will bring up a list of synonyms. If you have more than one, you can use them in order to make the search easier. Just make sure to check “Allow Synonyms” so the Dialog Engine recognizes the synonyms. After you have added the synonyms, check the Allow Synonyms checkbox to enable them. You will find the Synonym field next to the slot type value. Simply hover over a synonym and click ‘X’ to remove it.
